Korrvu^® packaging safely holds your product in the middle of the box and keeps your product securely in place, protecting it from shock and vibration.

Bubble Wrap IB Pouch – The ‘On Demand’ Bubble Bag

The Bubble Wrap IB Pouches are designed to be inflated on the NewAir I.B. Flex and NewAir I.B. Express packaging systems. This product is an on-demand inflatable bubble bag solution made of a superior co-extruded barrier layer, which enhances the air retention performance 100 times better than a single layer of polyethylene.

FasFil EZ– Paper Void Fill System

Responsible, Fast and Easy Void Fill Paper Packaging

Sealed Air’s innovative FasFil EZ® Auto paper void fill system delivers a perfect sustainable solution for small packing operations.

It is specifically designed for customers who need a packaging system that improves performance, productivity and shipping quality.

The FasFil EZ® Auto system’s simple footswitch operation produces continuous paper output with the press of a foot pedal and the built-in automatic cutting mechanism allows for easy release of paper.

Variety of options help you improve efficiency by saving time, energy and material: The FasFil EZ® Auto system is engineered to produce paper void-fill in both manual and programmed length modes. The easy to use digital length control dial delivers customised paper lengths with each press of the foot pedal. Small footprint and standard electrical requirements allow for flexible positioning. It can be mounted on a floor stand or table and adjusted to a desired height and angle. The FasFil EZ® Auto system can run with a choice of roll stock and fanfold paper configurations which are available in three different weights to ensure optimal protection.

FasFil EZ® Auto paper material is made from 100% recycled content, responsibly sourced and can be recycled with mixed paper. Additionally, the fibre is 100% renewable and all production waste is reclaimed.

Pad EZ – Paper Cushioning System

Paper cushioning doesn’t have to be hard. The PadEZ™ paper cushion system capitalises on Sealed Air’s renowned technical expertise and innovation, and introduces several patented breakthroughs that will change the way we view paper cushioning forever.

The PadEZ™ system changes paper handling with several key innovations: Roll Placement — The system can be loaded from the front or the rear. Auto Loading — The patented Auto-Loading technology uses sensors to jog the material into position, guaranteeing perfect alignment every time. Adjustable Pad Width — allows the operator to adjust the width to accommodate a variety of product demand for increased protection.

The PadEZ™ system features the debut of our SmartStation™ control panel, and completely redesigned and intuitive interface that significantly reduces operator training.

The PadEZ™ system can be configured to stand upright, online, or horizontally for under-the-table placements.

You control the flow of material with the PadEZ™ system by choosing: push-button manual control, foot pedal operation, batching mode, or our Cut and Hold electronic dispensing system which automatically creates a pad and then pauses until you’re ready for the next one.

Fill Air Rocket – On-site Inflatable Packaging System

Introducing the Fill-Air Rocket® inflatable void fill system, a void fill solution designed specifically to meet the needs of modern fulfilment. Drawing on decades of best-in-class inflatable void fill experience, the Fill-Air Rocket® system is faster, simpler, lighter and better prepared for your packaging operations.

Unrivalled Speed! 30 metres of inflated void fill cushions per minute, for increased productivity for demanding environments. Quick start creates bags instantaneously, operating at maximum capacity the moment it is turned on. Cross seal identification sensors enable to stop and start automatically on a cross seal every time, optimising bag fill for consistent protective performance. Automated tracking control eliminates the need for manual adjustment providing consistent inflation. Packaging-on-demand, various delivery options available: material batched into bins, delivered via Quick Shot® or Jet Stream® to multiple packers increasing packaging output and improving efficiency. Auto-replenishment sensor maintains a consistent supply of material

The superior sealing technology and material strength of Fill-Air® packaging makes it highly reusable. Fill-Air® packaging is recyclable and loses 99.3% of its volume when deflated. It also provides a reduced equipment footprint.

Fill-Air Extreme® and Fill-Air Extreme Efficiency® films are available in three widths (200mm, 250mm and 300mm) and can be converted to two different cushion lengths (130mm and 200mm) creating six possible cushion sizes.

Nelson Wrap and Dispenser

The Nelson Wrap Dispenser has been designed with the operator's back in mind. It is not uncommon to find shipping department employees bending over in awkward positions, or walking backwards around a pallet in an attempt to properly wrap a load while using traditional hand-held dispensers. These practices are obviously unsafe. In contrast, the Nelson Wrap Dispenser is designed with a safety first approach. By removing the need to bend down to wrap low loads, or reach up to wrap high loads, the Nelson Wrap Dispenser becomes a remarkable back saver. It allows the operator to wrap a pallet in a natural, forward motion.
