All of the products shown in our online shop are available for immediate dispatch and if you order before 4pm on any weekday we will send them to you the same day for delivery on the next working day to UK Mainland. Bulk quantity orders are securely loaded onto pallets for same day dispatch and delivery typically takes just 2 - 3 days. We do not charge for packing and our delivery rates are kept to a minimum by only charging you what it costs us.
We can deliver outside of the UK but the delivery charge cannot be calculated through our on-line shop. For your convenience, on the check-out page you will be able to send your shopping trolley information to us and we will call you to confirm delivery charges and complete your order.
The charge for delivery is based on the total weight of your order and the destination, so will be added on the check-out page when you have entered the delivery address postcode. Calculating the delivery charge for your complete order allows us to select the most economical method and service without sacrificing reliability.
Combining all the items on your order into a single delivery is the most economical method of sending and often means that purchasing additional packs or products at the same time adds little, if anything, to the delivery charge. Significant savings can be made by taking advantage of combined delivery in conjunction with our discounted prices on multi-pack purchases.
We batch test all items that we sell to ensure consistent quality which is why we are able to offer a product performance guarantee. Many of the products are also used extensively by our distribution team in our vast warehouse and they, quite rightly, insist on reliable quality. We have the same expectation for our customers.
